U.S. stocks finish mixed on Friday
U.S. stocks closed mixed on Friday, as global growth and trade worries continue to weigh on investor appetite. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 63 points, or 0.3%, the S&P 500 ended up less than 0.1% and the Nasdaq Composite Index rose 0.1%. Adding to geopolitical tensions was the news President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order next week banning Chinese wireless equipment from U.S. networks. In company news, shares of Skechers USA rose around 15% after reporting better-than-expected earnings late Thursday.
