Taco Bell will now offer delivery nationwide through a partnership with GrubHub, the fast-food chain said Thursday. GrubHub will bring on additional drivers to areas with a Taco Bell to ensure swift delivery. And for a limited time, Taco Bell is offering delivery service free on orders of more than $12. Taco Bell is part of the Yum Brands Inc. portfolio, which also announced an earnings-per-share decline on Thursday morning. "We reflected the change in fair value of our investment in Grubhub by recording $171 million of pre-tax investment expense, resulting in a negative ($0.41) impact to EPS on the quarter," the company said in its earnings release. Yum Brands shares are down 1.6% in Thursday premarket trading, but have gained 18.1% over the past year. The S&P 500 index has gained nearly 2% for the period.
