Starbucks expands delivery service to 1,100 stores in China
Starbucks Corp. said Tuesday that it has brought delivery service to 1,100 stores in 17 cities across China less than two months after launching "Starbucks Delivers." Starbucks delivery in China operates through a partnership with Alibaba Group Holding Ltd.'s Ele.Me. Starbucks is also piloting delivery through two Hema supermarkets in Shanghai and Hangzhou, a program called "Star Kitchen."
