Democratic conferees plan to meet Sunday morning to discuss the next steps, according to a source familiar with the discussions. The discussion comes after the longest government shutdown in history. President Donald Trump has insisted for money to fund his border wall. Lawmakers remain at an impasse over how much money to provide to fund the border barrier.
